Complainant filed two applications to the Oslo District Court and a subsequent application to the Norway Supreme Court in the Norway v. Breivik matter, wherein Adv.For.Respondent is a legal representative in the matter in dispute. Adv.For.Respondent appears to either individually as a legal representative in fear of White Supremacy Psycho-Tyranny-Terror, or as part of a collective conspiracy, to be a participant to the obstruction of Justice by Denying the Defendant his Political Necessity Defence Treason Trial.

It appears as if the legal participants involved in this matter are involved in a StaliNorsk Political Psychiatry Show Trial on the world stage, demonstrating to the world how to rob a Political Dissenter Terrorist of his rule of law right to a Treason Trial.

Reidar Roll was the Secretary General for the ICDE for 20 years. He writes on his blog at Minervas: Breivik Case and the Use of Soviet Phychiatric Hospitals as Methods for Discrediting Political Ideas that he is not impressed with the Norwegian State Attorney's strategy of focussing on a Political Psychiatry Trial; instead of a Political Terror Treason Trial; which he says is “dangerously close to using Soviet methods to supress political ideas that are seen to be dangerous to the social democratic order in Norway.”

If Norway’s StaliNorsk Political Psychiatry Show Trial proves that Breivik masturbated at age 4; will that prove Breivik was insane on 22 July 2011?

Today the court debated whether to call Per Olav Næss, as an expert witness. He is a Psychiatrist who observed and treated Anders Breivik when he was four years old in kindergarten when his mother, sister and he was admitted to the National Center for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for about three weeks in 1983. Breivik and his mother think that what Breivik did or said at the age of four is really irrelevant to his politically motivated criminal acts committed on 22 July 2011. However the Prosecutors and Victims Families are demanding he testify since there are 'compelling interests that the Public and court be informed of all relevant information related to Breivik's alleged possible 'insanity'.

“We agreed with the judge that the case will be as well informed as possible and we believe that his childhood may be an important theme.” - Adv. Mette Yvonne Larsen (Victims Families Advocate). Fair enough: If the judge thinks that the case must be as well informed as possible about all aspects about Breivik's possible sanity or insanity; isn't it also relevant to make sure the court is well informed about Psychiatry's FRAUD?

If the Anders Breivik Trial is not a StaliNorsk Political Psychiatry Show Trial - where the Judge is allowing the State to go on a Massive Fishing Expedition to find any pathetic ‘Breivik masturbated when he was four’ Psychiatric Insanity Excuse (In Remembering Masturbatory Insanity Thomas Szasz, Ph.D. shares the story of what, until relatively recently, had been the most commonly diagnosed and most enthusiastically treated mental disease in the history of medicine, namely, masturbation); yet when it comes to exposing the FRAUD OF PHARMA-PSYCHIATRY: WHORES OF THE COURT: THE MARKETING OF MADNESS MYTH OF MENTAL ILLNESS the court is involved in a CONSPIRACY OF SILENCE?

Hence the Editor of this blog has asked KRIPOS to investigate the following charges of FRAUD.
